MedExpress Clinics Selects Hull, Towill, Norman, Barrett & Salley As General Counsel

Augusta, GA.--- MedExpress Clinics, Inc., announced today the selection of Hull, Towill, Norman, Barrett & Salley, as general counsel. Douglas D. Batchelor Jr., a member of the law firm since 1969, will serve as the legal advisor to MedExpress’s board of directors.

In 2006, Batchelor was selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2007 in the field of health care law. He has extensive health care legal practice experience. In addition, he practices in the areas of local government, public finance, commercial business and real estate matters. After completing his bachelor’s degree at the University of Virginia in 1966, Douglas Batchelor earned his juris doctor from the University of Florida in 1968.
