MedExpress has changed its trade and corporate name to ExpressHealth to better define the goals and mission in serving the basic healthcare needs of their patients.
The ExpressHealth workplace visit service is for patients who, for a variety of reasons, prefer that one of our health care providers come to them so that they do not have to leave their workplace. How to qualify for and request a visit
Prior to an workplace visit, a patient must register. Complete the online preregistration form or call the ExpressHealth clinic nearest you. Preregistering gives us the information needed to prepare our health care provider for your workplace care.
Safety during your workplace visit
For your safety, ExpressHealth health care providers will wear picture ID badges that are clearly visible at all times. This allows you to properly identify our personnel. Workplace visits also contribute to your safety by reducing travel while you're not feeling your best.
Patient records
Our electronic health record system allows a patient's medical chart to be available both in the ExpressHealth clinic and on a mobile platform for workplace visits. At your request, your records also can be shared with your primary care physician.
Fee schedule
Workplace visit rates are slightly higher due to the cost we incur for automobile expenses, fuel and travel time. The fees are reasonable for the safety and convenience that an workplace visit provides.
